It is Career Day at Oak Creek Elementary! Tandy taps his polished chrome feet happily. His apron is tied neat and tidy. Inside his display case, tiny sneakers spin on a carousel. Tandy loves shoes. But mostly, Tandy loves moving. "Try these speedy loafers!" Tandy chirps, clicking his orange sizing gauge. Maya giggles as light-up sneakers snap onto her feet. Suddenly, the double doors slam shut. Bam! The school's new hall-monitor droid, Big-Bot 9000, rolls inside. Smoke billows from its rusty exhaust. Its siren screeches like an angry goose. Heavy steel shutters slam down over every window. The lockdown has officially begun!
